Mr. Wiand has served as an expert witness numerous times in a variety of court and arbitration proceedings on issues relating to arbitration, investments, securities regulation and practices, and ethical standards.
He is the author, with W. Reece Bader, of the treatise, Securities Arbitration, Practice and Forms, 3rd Edition, (Juris Publishing 2020). Since it was first published, this treatise has been a leading guide for attorneys practicing securities arbitration. Mr. Wiand also served as a contributing editor to the Securities Litigation Commentator for many years.
